Upon completion of this course, you will gain an NCFE Level 3 Award in Education and Training, and will be equipped with the necessary skills to start teaching in Further, Adult and Community Learning. This course can lead to employment opportunities as a teacher, and it can also be a stepping stone to obtaining a Certificate in Education or Professional Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) qualification.
