HELP CREATE YOURFUTURE STAFF
All organisations need pipelines from which to recruit new staff who are suited to their business. Shipley College has been working closely with local organisations for many years - we want our students to potentially be those new staff!
There are various ways that we can work together, to give our students real-life work opportunities, opportunities to prove themselves, and for them to show what they are learning and what they are capable of.
We can arrange the chance for you to showcase your sector and your business to students on relevant courses - perhaps offering masterclasses, employer visits or work placements. We can provide opportunities for a student to come and actually work at your organisation - by taking on apprentices, T-Level students or supported interns; we have many, many examples of this working out well and the student has been taken on as the next permanent employee, and everyone winning!
You can even help influence what sector skills and knowledge our students are taught, by becoming the endorsing employer for one of our courses.
