We provide both online and classroom courses to equip you with essential skills for diverse professional roles at Level 2 and Level 3, whilst this qualification does not qualify you to practise as a counsellor or guarantee entry onto higher education courses, you will improve your skills whether for personal or professional development.

With 1 in 4 adults in the UK experiencing a mental health problem each year, these online / distance learning courses are perfect to gain a greater understanding and awareness of mental health issues and the importance of mental well-being in various settings from Young People to Adults, helping you to recognise common issues, causes and help maintain positive well-being whilst impacting the lives of individuals.
