Looking to improve your sewing skills?
The advanced sewing course is ideal for those with an existing good level of sewing ability and knowledge, who want to improve further and gain a strong understanding of garment and pattern making.
The course will include pattern drafting, altering and making a toile, with the opportunity to learn about making clothing to fit specific measurements and how to solve common fitting problems.
This will be followed by making a simple garment design which you will make a pattern for and then work on producing a rough version of (toile).
You will be able to use your new knowledge and skills to make clothing that fits well and is your own design.
