This construction course helps a region by giving people who are out of work a simple, hands-on way to get into a good career, even if they have zero experience. It directly tackles local builder shortages by training residents in basic trades like bricklaying and carpentry so they can fill jobs right in their own communities. By teaching these practical skills locally, construction companies don't have to hire expensive workers from other cities, which keeps jobs, wages, and money growing inside the regional economy
