Previous events attracted 40+ employers and 250+ job-seekers, with many vacancies filled on the day. In 2026 we’re going even bigger — with over 500 candidates expected.

"Apprenticeships wasn’t a route we had initially considered, but using Shipley College made the whole process very easy.
From advertising the jobs, receiving CV’s, placing the students and all the paperwork involved, this proved to be a well oiled process within the college. We were kept informed on progress, both through the on-line portfolio application and regular visits from Shipley College personnel. It was always our intention to offer any apprentices a full-time position and I’m pleased to say this has worked out successfully for both RPC and the apprentices.
We have taken on two IT apprentices, one Digital Marketing apprentice and a T-level placement. It is our intention to recruit again and we will have no hesitation in reaching out to Shipley College again."
