You can check whether your course will be FREE by calling Student Services or checking the government website - generally it will if you are over 19 and this is your first level 3 qualification, if you already have a Level 3 qualification but your annual gross earnings are less than £21,255 (£18,525 annually if not from an eligible regional postcode), or if you are unemployed. There have also been changes to the Government’s National Skills Fund that means more people than ever can qualify for free courses. There is also support through the Learner Support Fund if you are 19+ to help with the cost of course fees, equipment, travel, and childcare.
