The College works closely with businesses to deliver Sector-based Work Academy Programmes (SWAPs), which provide tailored training for unemployed people to learn and gain employment with local organisations who are recruiting. Businesses who have partnered with us in the past include Marks & Spencers, Bradford Metropolitan District Council, GXO, Servo Rail & In communities.
