Macauley, who has Cerebral Palsy, started at the store on work placement from Shipley College before joining the team last year. Customer Trading Manager Lisa said: ‘He’s an absolute joy to work with. He smiles all the time and he’s the most polite young man I’ve ever met in my life. Customers will queue to be served by him and we’ve seen Facebook posts and Twitter messages praising him. He’s had so many difficulties in his life but nothing’s ever too much trouble. He’s amazing!’
