On our Step Into Teaching Assistant programme the main sector qualification is Preparing to Work in Schools Level 1 plus you will also do Employability and Customer Service - all to prepare you for work in that sector. The Preparing to Work in Schools course provides learners with the basic knowledge and skills necessary to begin a career in schools and colleges. Whether you're a young person or a mature learner, this course is designed to appeal to a wide range of individuals aspiring to work with children. Upon completion, you'll be well-prepared to take on roles such as Teaching Assistant in schools, with opportunities for further progression to the Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools and Colleges.
