What are the benefits of T Levels?

Developed in collaboration with employers and businesses, T Levels aim to help you get the high-quality technical skills and knowledge from both College and Employers to open the door to highly skilled employment, a higher apprenticeship or university.

T Levels will combine classroom theory, practical learning and a 45 to 60 day industry placement with an employer to make sure you have real experience of the workplace.

You will spend 80% of your time in college and 20% on a placement to give you the skills employers in these growing industries value and need.

The T Levels will be ideal for ambitious students who have finished their GCSEs and are looking to move into the vital and growing industries of Digital and Education & Childcare. We already have employers who are keen to offer substantial industry placements which are a key component. ” - Nav Chohan, Shipley College Principal
