‘Throughout my apprenticeship, my employer and tutors were very supportive and helped me gain experience in the workplace and complete the course.
My line manager is just the best. She always has time for me and I can talk to her about anything I don’t understand. She welcomes new ideas and offers advice and guidance to help put them in to place.
The rest of the team I work with are all approachable, friendly and help me to continue to learn every day. I was really pleased when I was offered a permanent, full-time position.
I love my job, and am always excited to come in to work and have not missed a day.’
