Courses available:

ILM Leadership & Team Skills Level 2 Award - We can offer a range of programmes including the six week Level 2 Award course which is designed to boost performance for team members, and help make the transition from working in a team to leading a team. This nationally recognised qualification will help team leaders be more effective and confident in their role. The core leadership and management skills learnt will help to improve the team’s performance.

ILM Leadership & Management Level 3 Award – We can offer a range of programmes from nine weeks to one year, which is ideal for team leaders/new managers looking to take the next step into line management, or for those with some experience managing a team or project to deliver clearly defined outcomes. It focuses on how to organise, manage and motivate a team, including problem-solving, decision making, planning and implementing change, communication and performance management.

ILM Leadership & Management Level 5 - We can offer a range of programmes designed for project managers, department heads and other practising middle managers. Develop your skills and experienceimprove performance and prepare for senior management responsibilities.
