Pilates for Beginners

This introductory course focuses on strengthening your stomach muscles and increasing the strength & flexibility of your back through gentle, slow, precise movements. This promotes improved posture, toned muscles and body shape. It would also be useful as a follow on from physiotherapy exercises, and post natal recovery. Please bring a thick Pilates mat, large thick towel, tennis ball and wear comfortable clothing (no zips, buttons or belts). w/c 17/5 w/c 24/5 w/c 31/5 Hols w/c 7/6 Hols w/c 14/6 w/c 21/6 w/c 28/6 Please note, these courses were planned during the pandemic.
