This course is suitable if you have at least six months of recent Pilates experience. Prerequisite knowledge and experience for this course includes exercises performed with a neutral spine position; lateral breathing; core engagement and correct alignment for shoulders & chin.
Specific exercises will be coached during the class and one legged/lower level options will be offered. You will then apply the above techniques to the exercises being taught in the class. You should be able to apply the basic techniques to the exercises given at the level that is suitable for you, using the strength you have to aid you.
Please bring a thick Pilates mat, large thick towel, flexiband/theraband. Optional extras: light weights, yoga belt or Chi ball.
