This 2 day course gives you the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver excellent customer service giving the business you work for the excellent reputation it deserves. It is ideal for any member of staff that has day-to-day interaction with customers or for those who want to work in customer service, to develop your knowledge and understanding of the principles of effective customer customer service.
The City & Guilds Customer Service Level 2 Certificate covers the delivery of effective customer service and supporting the customer service environment to give you the confidence & ability to deal with customers in a professional and efficient manner.
The qualification delivery can be held online or face to face, however the assessment is through on online test which can be held in College or at your business.
You will need to have 1 GCSE at grade D or a Level 1 Functional Skills in English (or equivalent). Students will need to attend all sessions. Each day will be from 9am - 4.30pm.
Courses run throughout the year and can be held at various locations.
To access this course for free, all learners must be 19 and have lived in the EU for 3 years prior (unless seeking asylum or on a spousal visa), have access to the internet with a working camera (for online courses), have a National Insurance number and are not currently on a student Visa.
