Introduction to Mindfulness

This course usually starts in September, January and May. In a busy world where there are lots of demands for our attention, we can become stressed and anxious. Mindfulness helps us to see clearly what is going on in our lives. Rather than worrying about what has happened or might happen, it trains us to respond skilfully to whatever is happening right now, be that good or bad. It will not eliminate life’s pressures, but on this introductory course, you can learn to use mindfulness practices to help respond to difficulties in a calmer manner that benefits your head, heart and body.
