Hatha Yoga for Everyone with Tony Byrne

This course is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. It is ideal if you are new to yoga and if you have previous experience. The course uses the postures of yoga, breath awareness and meditation techniques to promote good physical and mental health. It can also help to relieve physical and mental stress and promote a balanced attitude to life. You will also learn about yoga philosophy as part of the yoga practice. Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket for the meditations and wear comfortable clothing. If you have other yoga equipment such as blocks and belts, they will be useful too.
