Gardening for Health & Wellbeing

Join our informal practical gardening sessions working in the Kitchen Garden at our Shipley College site. This course is suitable for adults interested in food growing and wildlife gardening. It is a great way to meet people in the local community and boost your health and wellbeing. You will also have the option to access a Horticulture Level 1 Certificate course and gain a qualification in basic gardening techniques. Please note, this course was planned before the pandemic and we are reviewing moving some teaching and support online to meet social distancing requirements. We will update the course information as soon as planning is complete.
