Feeding Fussy Eaters

Have you got a family of fussy eaters? Are you fed up of making more than one meal to keep everyone happy? Come along to our fussy eaters course where we will plan, prepare and cook 10 different recipes that can be adapted to suit every member of the family from parents & carers to teenagers & toddlers. We will look at the basic principles of nutrition for all ages, the fresh, seasonal and store cupboard ingredients needed to produce easy meals, and for the budget conscious, the best way to feed the family without breaking the bank! You will need to provide your own ingredients every week, (please expect to spend an average of £5 per week) and a container to take your meals home. For the first week only, just bring a container as the ingredients will be provided. Please note, this course was planned during the pandemic. We are moving some teaching and support online, however, where this is not possible, courses may be taught in college following social distancing requirements.
