This Level 2 apprenticeship will help you learn how to provide excellent customer service, a skill that can be applied to many job roles across various sectors.

Good customer service is key to the success of any business or organisation; your apprenticeship will enable you to deliver the extra levels of service to make a client’s experience the best it can be.

Duties will vary to suit the needs of the business you work for, but in most cases you will be making sure that customers and clients are dealt with in a positive, reliable and efficient way. This could be offering advice on products & services, handling enquiries and dealing with complaints professionally.
