This Level 2 apprenticeship will help you develop the skills to provide excellent customer service which can be applied to hundreds of job roles across various sectors. Good customer service is key to the success of any business or organisation and you learn how to deliver the extra levels of service to make a client’s experience better. Duties will vary, but in most cases you’ll be making sure that people are dealt with in a positive, reliable and pleasant way. Whether that’s by offering advice on products & services, handling enquiries or even dealing with complaints professionally.
