Customer Service Level 2 Certificate Evening Course

This course is for those who work, or want to work, in the customer service sector. It will help you to develop the knowledge and understanding of the principles of effective customer service and develop the practical skills required. The two units you will study are delivery of effective customer service and supporting the customer service environment. Both units are assessed through an online test. There will be some work to complete between the sessions. A good level of English will be needed. Various dates are available including an evening course scheduled for 11th, 12th, 18th and 19th May delivered online 6pm - 8pm, however an exam will take place at Shipley College on 21st May in the afternoon.
