Customer Service Level 2 Certificate

This course is for those who work, or want to work, in the customer service sector. It will help you to develop the knowledge and understanding of the principles of effective customer service and develop the practical skills required. The two units you will study are delivery of effective customer service and supporting the customer service environment. Both units are assessed through an online test.
