Counselling Skills NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma

This course is designed for learners interested in using counselling skills as part of their functional role in a wide range of sector areas, or looking to progress towards accredited counsellor status with one of the counselling professional accrediting bodies. This qualification does not qualify learners to practise as a counsellor. This qualification aims to provide learners with more in-depth knowledge of the use of counselling skills in everyday life and work, and the approaches that underpin the use of these skills. You study units in developing counselling skills, theoretical approaches in the use of counselling skills, working ethically with counselling skills, counselling skills & diversity and counselling skills & personal development. Our distance learning courses start on a regular basis and will enhance the knowledge of anyone working in a range of industries, improving their practice and also counting towards their Continuing Professional Development (CPD). You must be 18 or over to enrol. These courses require a good level of English, are delivered via distance learning and take 6-18 weeks to complete. To succeed on a distance learning course, you must be motivated to meet deadlines and produce detailed quality work without supervision. For the vast majority of learners these courses will be fully funded; the enrolments team will contact you after you have enrolled to confirm your eligibility. There is a £125 cancellation fee if a learner enrols and fails to complete or withdraws early from the course. This is to cover administration costs.
