Shipley College Corporation is made up of 18 Members. Within this number are 2 Staff Members, 2 Student Members and the Principal.
The Corporation meets at least once every term and a full schedule of meetings is posted each year.
The following Committees are established according to the Articles of Government:
i) Audit Committee ii) Search Committee iii) Special Committee
In addition, the following Committees have been established by the Corporation in order to consider and recommend items for full Corporation approval:
iv) Appeals v) Curriculum & Quality vi) Estates vii) Finance and General Purposes viii) Human Resources ix) Remuneration
