Our promise to you is that we will:
• Provide you with a response to your initial enquiry within 2 working days.
• Identify a named college contact who will provide support to you in identifying your training needs.
• Update you on the progress in meeting your initial enquiry within 10 working days. If required, we will visit your workplace, with a vocational specialist if necessary.
• Put forward a training proposal, which will set out the service provided, the cost, dates and times, expected outcomes, agreed payment dates and how progress will be monitored. It will also set out the nature of the commitment required of employees in undertaking the training and the anticipated business benefits.
If we cannot provide a solution to meet your needs, our named contact will put you in contact with other high quality providers who may be able to help.
Once we have agreed on an appropriate solution, we will ensure that training
o Is undertaken by an appropriately qualified person o Is delivered in a safe environment, whether in college or on your own premises. o Meets individual learning needs, based on a sound assessment of prior skills
We will provide you with regular updates on progress, with your employee’s consent.
We will seek your feedback on the training and the benefits to your organisation. We will monitor the feedback and use it to help us to improve our service.
We will follow up and resolve any complaints according to our established complaints procedure.
